D1 – Saint-Denis
City tour and meal by the sea, preparation of the trip with your guide.

D2 – Mafate Circus
Transfer and hike to the Cirque de Mafate.

Walking hours: Up to 7 hours.

D3 – Roche Plate
From the “Bas Mafate” and its steep landscapes, head towards Roche-Plate, one of the 3 islets of Mafate les Hauts.

Walking hours: up to 5 hours

D4 – Plaine aux Sables, Trois Roches
Departure for the Trois Roches, an unmissable site in the Mafate cirque with its waterfall and three basalt blocks.

Walking hours: Up to 4 hours

D5 – Hell-Bourg, Cirque de Salazie
Departure from the Mafate cirque to reach the wild and panoramic Salazie cirque, up to the village of Hell-Bourg.

Walking hours: between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

D6 – Bélouve Forest – Trou de Fer Waterfall
Departure for 3 days and 2 nights in autonomy towards the summit of Piton des Neiges. Direction the Trou de Fer viewpoint and the Bélouve lodge.

Walking hours: up to 5 hours. Nights in lodges.

D7 – Dufour Cave Refuge
We will reach the refuge through a forest, leaving room for local heather.

D8 – Summit of Piton des Neiges, Cilaos
Departure before sunrise, in frontal light, to reach the summit of Piton des Neiges at 3070m "the roof of the Indian Ocean". Descent to the refuge then departure towards the cirque of Cilaos.

Walking hours: until 7:30 a.m.

D9 – Transfer to the Volcano
Transfer from Cilaos to the Fournaise. Crossing the Plain of Sands.

Walking hours: up to 2h30

D10 – Hike to the Fournaise
Discovery on foot of the extraordinary “volcano”. Ascent of the Piton de la Fournaise, (depending on your mood) or alternative route, spectacular in all cases.

Walking hours: up to 6 hours

D11 – Lava Flow and Tunnels
Transfer from Bourg-Murat to Piton Sainte-Rose. Hike on the 1977 lava flow.

Visit the lava tunnels. Transfer to St-Gilles and the western beaches.

Walking hours: up to 3 hours

D12 - Beach region, Saint-Gilles lagoon
Free day to enjoy the beaches and activities of the region.

Hotel accommodation for the first and last two nights. In lodges and shelters the other nights. Meals provided or prepared by David, local style, based on rice (carry). We will give all the information to the winning person!

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY

Myterrapy, hereinafter referred to as "Apyforme", a limited liability company with capital of 25,000 euros, having its registered office at Immeuble Le Platinium, Rue Dieudonné Coste, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon, registered in the Saint Etienne trade register under number 503151987, is organizing a competition until June 14 inclusive, with no obligation to purchase and giving rise to the drawing of a winner.

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this game implies acceptance of these rules in their entirety and of the decision of the Organizing Company on any dispute which may arise concerning the interpretation and application of these rules.

The competition rules are available throughout the duration of the game on the apyforme.com website.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATIONS

The competition is open to any natural person of legal age (civil status as proof), with internet access, residing in metropolitan France. As such, any registration other than that provided for in these rules will not be taken into account.

Excluded from this game are the staff of the organizing company and people who participated directly or indirectly in the development of the game, as well as their family and spouse (same name, same postal address).

The number of entries is limited to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries, only the first validly registered entry will be taken into account, without this giving rise to any dispute of any kind. It is strictly forbidden to play with multiple email addresses or to play from another person's email. Each participant undertakes not to violate public order and morality and to comply with the laws and regulations in force, to respect the rights of third parties, and the provisions of these rules.

ARTICLE 5: FUNDING

A UNIQUE HIKING TRIP IN RÉUNION

From October 9 to 20, 2023 all inclusive (excluding hiking equipment).
Included: return flights Paris / St-Denis, overnight stays in hotels, lodges and refuges, minibus transfers, breakfasts offered in the lodges (bread or rusks, butter, jam and hot drinks), lunch picnics (consisting of sandwiches or salad prepared with local products, fruits and vegetables), dinners (typical rice-based dishes: carry). Also included are supervision and tourist discovery.

The circuit will allow you to spend at least one night in each of the 3 cirques of Reunion Island. To climb the summits of the 2 volcanic massifs: the Piton des Neiges and the Piton de la Fournaise.

Gift worth €3000.

ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by email.
The lot is allocated by name and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party.

Apyforme declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents which may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or as a result of its use.

If the winner could not enjoy his prize for any reason, or did not respond to the winning email sent by the brand within seven days, the prize will be taken back and submitted to a new draw to determine a new winner contacted by email.

Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for any other prize, except if the brand is held liable for a drawing error. As a kind compensation, the brand reserves the right to award another prize without any possible claim or prejudice to its rights and remedies.

ARTICLE 7: VERIFICATION OF THE IDENTITY OF PARTICIPANTS

To ensure compliance with these rules, Apyforme reserves the right to carry out any necessary verification concerning the identity, age of participants, their place of residence and participation details. Any falsified, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate declaration may result in the elimination of the participation.

ARTICLE 8: DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOM

The information collected as part of this game is necessary to take participation into account. This information is intended for Apyforme, the data controller, for the purposes of managing participation, determining the winner and awarding and delivering the prize.

Once the lots have been transmitted and in accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as "Informatique et Libertés", each participant has a right to access, rectify or delete information concerning them.

ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

Any dispute or claim relating to this game must be made in writing and addressed to Apyforme - Immeuble Le Platinium, rue Dieudonné Coste, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon.

The law applicable to these rules is French law and the applicable language is French. Any dispute arising in connection with the game "La Réunion en Randonnée" will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the territorially competent courts.

ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBILITY

Apyforme reserves the right to extend the game and/or postpone any announced date, without incurring any liability and without the participants in the competition being able to claim any compensation as a result.

Apyforme shall not incur any liability of any kind towards participants due to any fraud committed by any of them. In the event of a breach by a participant, Apyforme reserves the right to automatically reject any participation from the latter, without the latter being able to claim anything and without prejudice to the rights and remedies of Apyforme.

Furthermore, Apyforme cannot be held liable in any way for delivery problems and/or loss of postal or electronic mail.

More specifically, Apyforme cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored there, and for the consequences that may result from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
