Order and delivery

Delivery times

Order from Monday to Thursday:
For any order placed before 3 p.m., your package will be shipped the same day.


Any order after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next day.

Order on Friday:
For any order placed before 3 p.m., your package will be shipped the same day.

Any order after 3pm will be shipped on Monday.

Order on Saturday or Sunday

Your order will be shipped on Monday.

Package not received

If your package is indicated as delivered but you have not received it, it is possible that a logistical anomaly beyond our control has occurred. We are sorry.

Check that the package has not been left by the delivery person with a neighbor or the caretaker of your building.

If necessary, you can contact us via the form or on 04 69 96 56 65.

Return an order

You have 14 days to return your products from the date you received your order.

The return is at your expense.

Products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, complete, unopened, unused, and properly protected to the following address:

Reimbursement will be made no later than 30 days after the date of the claim.

Payment error

If you are having trouble paying for your order by card or Paypal please follow these steps:

  • accept cookies (they are necessary for placing the order)
  • update your browser
  • you can also test in private browsing

Orders placed before March 1, 2023

Following the redesign of our store, old orders placed before March 1, 2023 are no longer visible from your account.
