Our two formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:

Dosage:

• Ideally, take 2 capsules of Probio+ in the morning when you wake up (on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before your breakfast).

For daytime use, take 2 hours after a meal. In case of significant digestive discomfort, increase to 4 capsules per day for the first week.

• Then, take 2 capsules of Multi-Collagen in the evening before your dinner.

• All this every day for a minimum of 2 months.

And always with a cold drink!

Should Probio+ be kept in the refrigerator?

Probio+ contains freeze-dried bacteria that are less sensitive to temperature fluctuations than bacteria that have not undergone freeze-drying. Therefore, there is no need to refrigerate the bottle after opening. Simply store it at room temperature, in a dry, dark place.

How to best use Probio+?

To obtain optimal results, take your capsules preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or away from meals, to avoid reducing their effectiveness by "dilution" in the food bowl.

Be careful to always take your probiotic food supplement with a cold or room temperature drink, as heat destroys the microbial strains it contains.
