Our three formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:
Dosage:
• Ideally, take 2 capsules of Probio+ Zen in the morning when you wake up (on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before your breakfast).
For a daytime intake, allow 2 hours for a meal.
• Then, take 3 Magnesium capsules in the evening before going to bed.
• All this every day for at least one month. And always with a cold drink!

How to best use Probio+ Zen?
To obtain optimal results, take your capsules preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or away from meals, to avoid reducing their effectiveness by "dilution" in the food bowl.
