Our two formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:

Dosage:

• Take 1 capsule of Aramé in the morning before your breakfast.

• Then, take 2 capsules of Multi-Collagen in the evening before your dinner.

• All this every day for a minimum of 2 months.

And always with a cold drink!
