Our two formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:

Dosage:

• Ideally, take 2 capsules of Probio Meno in the morning upon waking (on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast). For daytime use, take 2 hours after a meal. In case of significant discomfort, you can take up to 4 capsules of Probio Meno per day for a week, then reduce to 2 capsules per day.

• Then take 2 capsules of Ménobelle in one dose before a meal.

• All this every day for a minimum period of 3 months.
