Our three formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:

Dosage:

• Ideally, take 2 capsules of Probio+ Intima in the morning when you wake up (on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before your breakfast).

For a daytime intake, allow 2 hours for a meal.

• Then, take 2 capsules of Krill Oil with a meal. • All this every day for a minimum of 2 months.

And always with a cold drink!
