          Je prend les probiotiques et les omégas 3 depuis environ 2 semaines suite à la prise d'antibiotiques qui ont causé des dégâts...         Our three formulas can be taken simultaneously following these recommendations: 

         

        Dosage: 

        • Ideally take 1 capsule of Probio+ and 1 capsule of Probio+ Intima in the morning upon waking (on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast). 

        For daytime intake, allow 2 hours after a meal. 

        • Then take 1 capsule of Krill Oil during a meal. • All of this should be taken daily for a minimum of 2 months. 

         

        And always with a cold drink!

        Should the bottles be kept in the refrigerator?

        Probio+ intima and Probio+ contain freeze-dried bacteria that are less sensitive to temperature fluctuations than bacteria that have not undergone freeze-drying. Therefore, there is no need to store the bottles in the refrigerator after opening. Simply store them at room temperature, in a dry, dark place.

        How to best use Probio+ intima and Probio+?

        To obtain optimal results, take your capsules preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or away from meals, to avoid reducing their effectiveness by "dilution" in the food bowl.

        Be careful to always take your probiotic food supplements with a cold or room temperature drink, as heat destroys the microbial strains it contains.

        Can Krill Oil formula be used during pregnancy?

        Adequate intake of omega-3 fatty acids during pregnancy contributes to the proper development of maternal tissues and therefore that of the fetus.
