J'utilise au quotidien le complément alimentaire Probio+ Intima depuis plus d'un an déjà pour traiter mes inconforts intimes, une vraie pépite. Les patchs sont très pratique et facile à poser, offre un réel soulagement sur mes douleurs de règles. De petits formats au visuel très élégants, ils savent se faire discrets sous les vêtements, assure une excellente tenue sur 3 à 4 jours et cela même sous la douche. les produits ont eu un certain effet sur ma fille : moins de douleurs pendant les règles, pas de sueurs nocturnes. Le produit n'est probablement pas assez fort pour elle. Elle se demande si la myrrhe ne rend pas fatiguer: est-ce un calmant/relaxant? Elle semble aussi avoir été constipée peut-être à cause du produit.

Our two formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:
Dosage:
• Take 2 Menstrual Comfort capsules and 2 OptiPEA capsules with a meal, in the days before your period and throughout its duration (10 days).
And always with a cold drink!
Pill boxes:
Menstrual Comfort: 60 capsules (1 month)
OptiPEA: 30 capsules (15 days).
Pack for adults over 18 or adolescents with the agreement of the attending physician.
