Our two formulas can be taken simultaneously by following the following recommendations:

Dosage:

• Take 1 capsule of Aramé and 2 capsules of Quercetin, in the morning with breakfast to benefit from the stimulating benefits of the vitamin C contained.

• All this every day for a minimum period of 1 month.

And always with a cold drink!

Pill boxes:

Aramé: 60 capsules (2 months).

Quercetin: 2 x 90 capsules (3 months).

Pack for adults over 18 years old, also suitable for pregnant women only with the agreement of the attending physician, gynecologist or midwife. Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.

The Quercetin and Aramé formulas are 100% French food supplements! Our Research & Development center is based in Saint-Étienne, our vegetarian capsules come from Vannes, and our pillboxes are manufactured in Clermont-Ferrand!

Does Quercetin formula have any side effects?

Quercetin and vitamin C have no particular adverse effects. However, bromelain can sometimes cause digestive problems. It is also not recommended to consume this ingredient if you are allergic to pineapple, olive pollen, or bee venom. In addition, the anticoagulant effect of bromelain can be combined with that of an antiplatelet treatment. Therefore, be careful if you are taking this type of medication and consult your doctor before consuming our Quercetin formula.
