We recommend taking 2 capsules per day for 2 months (for adults and adolescents). In case of significant discomfort, increase to 4 capsules per day for one week, then reduce to 2 capsules per day for 2 months. Also suitable for pregnant women only with the agreement of the attending physician, gynecologist or midwife.
When: In the morning on an empty stomach, or 30 minutes before a meal.
The pillbox: 60 capsules for 30 days (1 month).

Depending on your preferences, Apyforme will deliver your order to your home, the nearest post office, or the collection point of your choice. We offer free shipping on all orders over €30.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All Apyforme natural care products and food supplements are in stock, which allows us to ensure ultra-fast delivery upon validation of your order.
All orders placed before 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are shipped the next day, while orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday.
Should L-Gasseri be stored in the refrigerator?
L-Gasseri contains freeze-dried bacteria that are less sensitive to temperature fluctuations than bacteria that have not undergone freeze-drying. Therefore, there is no need to refrigerate the bottle after opening. Simply store it at room temperature, in a dry, dark place.
How to best use L-Gasseri?
To obtain optimal results, take your capsules preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or away from meals, to avoid reducing their effectiveness by "dilution" in the food bowl.
Be careful to always take your probiotic food supplement with a cold or room temperature drink, as heat destroys the microbial strains it contains.
