Once the products have been tested, we invite you to leave authentic and detailed reviews in order to inform our community as accurately as possible. These reviews can be published on your own social networks in the form of posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), on your personal website – in the form of an article – or in your stories.
You can take photos or videos to illustrate your words (in real life, when you receive the product, give free rein to your creativity!). Your content helps reassure consumers and the community about the effectiveness of the product you have tested.
Who can participate?
On one side, we have consumers and influencers, curious, fans or passionate about natural health who want to learn more about our products in order to be able to talk about them on our review module or their own social networks. On the other side, health and wellness practitioners: sports coaches, naturopaths, dieticians, midwives, etc. who will be able to provide an expert perspective and recommendations via social networks or their websites.
How do we select ambassadors?
Each application is studied to be the most relevant with the proposed natural formula. To do this, you will have a questionnaire to fill out; once it is completed, we sort the applications to select the most relevant panel. For example, if you are not concerned with female intimacy issues, you will not be selected to test Probio+ Intima. We carefully select ambassadors according to the product to be tested and in line with the vision and values of our brand.
Where can you ship the products?
The products are sent to Metropolitan France, by post to the address you have indicated to us. They will be carefully packaged in a parcel.
Do I have to write a review for every product I receive?
How many times have we regretted buying a product that ends up in the back of a bathroom cupboard without ever being used! Your involvement allows consumers to avoid future failed purchases and to buy THE product that best suits their needs.
Writing a review for each product received, after having carried out the test, therefore helps the brand to create products that correspond as much as possible to consumer expectations but also, allows to enlighten the community on the effectiveness of the products tested. We are convinced that sharing your personal experience is an incredible wealth to improve our products and help users to use them well.
