Day 1: Marrakech
Welcome upon arrival at Marrakech airport.
Transfer to the Riad. Free visit of the city, free lunch and dinner. Night in Marrakech.

Day 2: Marrakech – Imsouane

Transfer to Imsouane, in the company of your guide David. Meeting with the team of camel drivers. Departure of the hike. Night in a dormitory with the locals.

Day 3: Port of Imarditsen

Morning along the wild coast and observe the fishermen's huts on the cliffside. Picnic, before arriving at the small port of Imarditssen. Night in a dormitory with the locals.

Day 4: Tafdna Bay

Walk in the hills of argan trees. Crossing villages to meet the Berbers of the Haha tribe. A break, before a magnificent section above sometimes inaccessible beaches. Views of the bay of Tafedna, former Portuguese anchorage. Night in a lodge.

Day 5: Sidi Ahmed Assay Beach
Between forest and wild coastline: climb to the argan plateau before descending to the ocean admiring the beautiful dunes. Arrival in Sidi Ahmed Assayh, swimming at the most beautiful beach in the region. Night in a dormitory with locals.

Day 6: Sidi M'Barek
Departure from Iften beach to follow the ocean, between dunes, wild beaches and cliffs, to the Marabout of Sidi Mbarek, once a favorite stopping place for merchants and nomads who came to seek fresh water, greenery and vegetable crops.
Picnic then transfer to Essaouira. Dinner and night in Essaouira in a 3-star hotel.

Day 7: Essaouira

Free morning in the Mogador city. Souks, alleys under blue and white vaults, medina, beach, the city is full of beauty. Lunch included.
Transfer to the Riad in Marrakech in the afternoon. Free dinner and night in Marrakech.

Day 8: Marrakech airport
Breakfast, transfer to the airport and end of stay.

“Morocco: the Atlantic Coast in Nordic Walking”

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY

Myterrapy, hereinafter referred to as "Apyforme", a limited liability company with a capital of 25,000 euros having its registered office at Immeuble Le Platinium, Rue Dieudonné Coste, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon, registered in the Saint Etienne trade register under number 503151987, is organizing a competition until June 9, 2024 inclusive, with no obligation to purchase and giving rise to the drawing of a winner and his/her guest.

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this game implies acceptance of these rules in their entirety and of the decision of the Organizing Company on any dispute which may arise concerning the interpretation and application of these rules.

The competition rules are available throughout the duration of the game on the apyforme.com website.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATIONS

The competition is open to any adult natural person (civil status as proof), with internet access, residing in metropolitan France. Excluded from this competition are the staff of the organizing company and the persons who participated directly or indirectly in the development of the competition, as well as their family and spouse (same name, same postal address). Each participant undertakes not to violate public order and morality and to comply with the laws and regulations in force.

ARTICLE 5: FUNDING

A UNIQUE NORDIC WALKING TRIP IN MOROCCO

From September 24 to October 1, 2024, all inclusive (excluding transport to Paris)*

Included:

• Round-trip flights Paris/Marrakech, checked baggage, and airport transfers.
• Overnight stays in hotels, riads, lodges and dormitories with locals
• Catering during semi-autonomous walking days:
  Breakfasts including tea, coffee, powdered milk, cereals, bread and jam.
  Lunches including mixed salads, rice, pasta, lentils, fruits
  Snacks including mint tea, biscuits, donuts or pancakes, dried fruits
  Dinners including soup, hot meals, herbal tea

Water is taken from wells, streams or from local residents, it is the winner's responsibility to treat it with Citrobiotic®, Micropur® or other disinfectant.

• Supervision and tourist discovery: by qualified French-speaking guides, camel drivers and their dromedaries for transporting luggage.

*Not included: transport to Paris, meals in Marrakech on day 1, dinner in Marrakech on day 7, meals on day 8 – except breakfast included, tips for the local team of 30€/pers, and cancellation/repatriation insurance).

The circuit will allow you to enjoy the days of walking along the Atlantic coast passing through strategic stops for their viewpoints and cultural interest, as well as Marrakech in free time.

ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by email.
The lot is allocated by name and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party.

Apyforme declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents which may occur during the enjoyment of the lot awarded and/or as a result of its use.

If the winner could not enjoy his prize for any reason, or did not respond to the winning email sent by the brand within seven days, the prize will be taken back and submitted to a new draw to determine a new winner contacted by email.

Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for any other prize, except if the brand is held liable for a drawing error. As a kind compensation, the brand reserves the right to award another prize without any possible claim or prejudice to its rights and remedies.

Any falsified, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate declaration may result in the elimination of the participation.

The information collected as part of this game is necessary to take participation into account. This information is intended for Apyforme, the data controller (management of participation, determination of the winner and allocation of the prize) as well as the partner agency En Terre Berbères, participants may be contacted again following the competition for the purpose of presenting the services offered by the agency.

Once the lots have been transmitted and in accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as "Informatique et Libertés", each participant has a right to access, rectify or delete information concerning them.

ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

Any dispute or claim relating to this game must be made in writing and addressed to Apyforme - Immeuble Le Platinium, rue Dieudonné Coste, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon.

The law applicable to these rules is French law and the applicable language is French. Any dispute arising in connection with the game "Morocco: the Atlantic Coast in Nordic Walking" will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the territorially competent courts.

Apyforme cannot be held responsible in any way for email problems. In particular, Apyforme cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and for the consequences that may result from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
